刚从香港回来, 由于是和父母去的,所以我们选择了跟随旅行团去游玩.再加上香港的旅店实在是不便宜,算来算去还是跟随旅行团较为划算. 我们是在今年的旅游展期间报名的.一个人的旅费是RM2488.除了两餐不包,其余的都包在旅费了.酒店也包在旅费里面. 为了加快的把行程记录下来,这次选择了用华文来写,要不然把时间花在翻译上,恐怕我有限的记忆将会很快消失了. 来吧,开始行程吧. 22/10/2012 7:10 我们乘搭马行从槟城到吉隆坡国际机场.到达时间为8.10.     22/10/2012 9:15之后从吉隆坡搭飞机直达香港.路程用了差不多4个小时.飞机餐是提供Nasi Lemak 及Omelette让你选.味道差不多而已.  

 

Pokka Aromax Coffee | Japan

Recently, there are new types of coffee from Pokka Company in Japan. It is an aromax series coffee, four types of new aromax coffee namely "Black", "Ice Latte", "Espresso" and "Premium Gold". I have tried all of them and collected the cans of these 4 types coffee.Drinking cute mini can coffee in Japan is enjoyable but this is the first time I collected the cans. The reason is they are special in the sense that this is the first time I saw mini can with cover. Hence I collected 4 of them and wanted to bring them back to Malaysia as one of my collection.I bought all of them from company's vending machine, 90 yen each (about RM3.20). Normal price from outside vending machine is 120 yen each (about RM4.20).

 

Apom | Wai Sek Kai 喂食街| Chai Leng Park, Perai

If you like to eat something sweet after dinner, this Ah Pom that located at Lebuh Kurau 5 (Wai Sek Kai喂食街), Chai Leng Park is a good choice for them. The stall that selling Ah Pom is owned by a Chinese auntie; she operated this business for more than 20 years. For those who stay surrounding Chai Leng Park should be know about this Ah Pom. Previously, she was selling the Ah Pom at Chai Leng Park market during morning and at Wai Sek Kai (Wai Sek Kai喂食街) at night. Since I was kid (5~6years old), I like it very much already. May be you will ask me "What's so special?", because you can find Ah Pom/Apom/Apong anyway. I can tell you here, the taste is totally different compared to other Indian style Ah Pom/Apom/Apong.

 

Sarawak Laksa Recipe

A pack of Sarawak laksa paste was brought back from my Sarawak colleague since 1 year ago. It was kept in my kitchen cabinet over a year until it hits the expiry date. At first I was thinking to throw away the paste after few months of expiry but at the end I just cook it as do not want to waste this "imported" laksa paste. To cook Sarawak Laksa is easy but you need to prepare lots of stuffs. From cooking chicken soup until cutting vegetables and remove prawn shell, that was enough to occupy my one whole morning. But everything is so worth when I saw everyone is enjoying this imported and special Sarawak laksa that was cooked by Camus and myself.

After worked for one whole week, finally the day that many people enjoy the most, Saturday has come. Yes, I like Saturday, because it is the day that I can do what I like. Eat, drink, play, happy (吃喝玩乐). Haha…



 

 

Today I woke up late, about 9:30 in the morning. It was so great that I was able to sleep and sleep and sleep on my bed until … 自然醒, without alarm clock, anyone or anything that wake you up and Yes, it was a Good Start for the day!

Next, taking my own sweet time, read some newspaper while enjoying my coffee and biscuit. Michael Jackson was in the headline, many of his fans around the world are concerned about the news. Err, I am not his fans, but may God bless him and rest in peace.

After that, I plan to cook bihun soup. After get the ingredients from super market, I started cook my lunch. I bought chicken, minced pork and beef, big prawn and vegetable. This is a simple and easy to prepare lunch.

How to cook? Just boil a pot of water, when the water is boiled, put in minced meat and chicken. When the meats are almost cook, put in prawn. Add in some salt, pepper and soy sauce, lastly put in the vegetable and cook until done.
Pour the soup and others into a bowl of rice noodle, sprinkle with chinese parsley and garlic oil. Serve immediately!
