CrispyAlmondIf you like almond and crispy type of biscuit, you will like this recipe. This is a very easy recipe with very simple ingredients. Do this especially when you have left over egg white as this recipe calls only for egg white without egg yolk.

I will share the recipe with one egg white, just multiply the recipe with number of egg white if you want to do more.

Ingredients:
1 egg white
30g sugar
15g flour
50g almond nibs
1tsp black sesame seeds (optional)

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

2. Scope one table spoon of mixture and flatten it on aluminium foil.

3. Repeat until all mixture is finish.
4. Bake at preheated oven at 180C for 15~20 minutes.
5. Remove carefully from aluminium foil when they are cooled.
6. Store in air tight container.

Attention: Do not bake in baking paper, I throw away this badge of biscuit as they stick on baking paper after baked. I had tried to bake in aluminium foil for second badge (no photo), they can easily remove from aluminium foil after baked.
