DIY Sandwich Mold Bread Maker Cutter

This post, I am introducing a special sandwich mold cutter. It will cut away the bread "skin" that many people do not like to eat, and "seal" the filling nicely after cutting off the "skin". I bought this mold cutter from daiso Japan at 100yen. I found it very useful especially to seal sandwich nicely and look tidy.  

 

Kaya Jam Recipe Using Breadmaker

Ingredients:1 cup Coconut milk1 cup Eggs(about 3-4 eggs)1 cup sugarFew pieces of pandan leaves Method:1. Pour all ingredients into breadmaker.(I like this recipe as it calls for 1 cup of each ingredient, so I can use the coconut milk box to measure sugar and eggs, just follow the proportion) 2. Select "Jam" function from breakmaker.3. Start jam making by press on "Start" button.4. Stir in between to ensure jam is well mixed (If needed).5. When done, remove kaya from breadmaker after it is slightly cool. Blend if you prefer soft and smooth texture. When taste, it is more towards "egg" taste, hence Camus added caramel to the kaya, and now it is almost similar to mom's version. Give this recipe a try, the outcome of this kaya will surprise you! Chinese Chives Pancake Recipe

Flour+water+salt+chinese chives=chinese chives pancake This is a very easy recipe. Mix flour with water and stir until you get smooth liquid but little thick mixture. Add a pinch of salt to the mixture. Cut chinese chives to 2 inch long and add into the mixture. To fry, put some oil into frying pan, pour a scoop of mixture and fry until you get nice golden colour on both sides. Serve hot with cup of coffee for breakfast or afternoon tea!

Logo31Merry Christmas 2015! We had four days holiday on this year Christmas, a super happy holiday mood to welcome this year Christmas.

We celebrated our Christmas at The View Restaurant, with their semi-buffet menu that can opt for either Turkey or Lamb for the main course. We get one Lamb and the other was rib eye steak that not in the menu.

Before the soup was served, we started with the buffet. Not much choices but some of them taste really good. They have salad, fingers food, fruits, and more. Desserts were one of my main focus, their tiramisu is one of the best that I had ever ate.

The semi buffet was RM158 per person, parking fees of RM6 can be claimed back from the total bill. Remember to keep your parking receipt.
