今天是行程的最后一天了,不舍的心情涌了出来。没关系,好好享受这一天吧! 26/10/2012 8:30 感谢导游把我们带到一家卖玉的店,让我们有机会遇见全香港最有孝心的儿子。由于这位儿子妈妈的脚不方便行动,所以这位身为儿子的,代替母亲从香港赶来广州拜佛。好虔诚,好孝顺啊! 母亲就是这玉店的老板,所以这个做儿子的就是代妈妈拜了神后,再来这店面做生意,就这样巧合下,才有机会迎接我们这一团。这儿子还说,他的妈妈是在大马嫁过去香港的,所以和我们这班马来西亚的团友就算是瞒亲的啦。儿子的这一番话是在是感动呐。。。但,我信你才怪!听到这个"儿子"的废话,什么肮脏话都想骂出来,不骂实在对不起自己的心脏,让自己压着气,心脏却气得跳到乱七八糟实在不好! 这"儿子"还说今天是不做生意的,看看就好,叫我们不要买。每个玉的价钱是上百上千元的,但因为我们是"亲人",原本上百的玉只卖人民币50,你信吗?信你才怪!实在看不过这种耍生意的手法,一来浪费时间说废话,二来看到这种虚伪的做法,实在看不下去。 还好,最庆幸的是,本团是没有任何人购买任何东西的。谢谢大家合作!要是这样也有人购买,实在是。。。无话可说啊!我说嘛,做生意,老老实实好的,别转弯抹角,虚虚伪伪,这招不流行了啦!   26/10/2012 10:30 发泄完毕,到了吃午餐时间,没错,听废话听了一个早上。接下来,吃深圳金钱豹自助餐时间到啦!这里有上百种的食物,有中餐,日本餐,西餐,意大利餐,海鲜类的,烧烤类的,果汁,蛋糕甜品,雪糕等等。。。任你吃。领队说,这一餐要RM100++的,还满贵的呢。

 

Kaya Jam Recipe Using Breadmaker

Ingredients:1 cup Coconut milk1 cup Eggs(about 3-4 eggs)1 cup sugarFew pieces of pandan leaves Method:1. Pour all ingredients into breadmaker.(I like this recipe as it calls for 1 cup of each ingredient, so I can use the coconut milk box to measure sugar and eggs, just follow the proportion) 2. Select "Jam" function from breakmaker.3. Start jam making by press on "Start" button.4. Stir in between to ensure jam is well mixed (If needed).5. When done, remove kaya from breadmaker after it is slightly cool. Blend if you prefer soft and smooth texture. When taste, it is more towards "egg" taste, hence Camus added caramel to the kaya, and now it is almost similar to mom's version. Give this recipe a try, the outcome of this kaya will surprise you! Durian Crepe Cake Recipe

After durian butter cake, I have tried with another new type of cake, durian crepe cake. I ate my first mille crepe during my stay in Japan. From there, I get to know mille crepe, a very delicious and special cake. Last year, I ordered one peanut butter mille crepe for Camus on his birthday, and it tasted heavenly. I wanted to make my own crepe too but due to time concern, I have no chance to make one. This time, since it is durian season, I make a durian crepe. Besides frozen cheese cake, this is another type of cake where you can make it without oven. The way of making the crepe is the same as making pan cake. You just need to fried the crepe piece by piece, prepare the filling and stack the crepe together with the filling until you get a perfect cake.

LifeOrI had too much meat recently. Yes, I mean not only my food consumption, but also my body. My body fat is hard to reduce, everyday sitting in office after heavy lunch gained me a lot of weight.

Recently, we went for vegetarian meals for lunch to reduce my guilty after consumed so much meat and oily foods. My colleague recommended this organic restaurant that serve vegetarian in Sg Ara, Life Organic. The aunty who served us said the shop is already opened for more than two years, but I did not realise it until my colleague brought us there. It is an organic shop that not only sell many organic products, but also serve lunch and dinner.

For the first time, I ate fried tomyam bihun. It tasted good and came with lot of vegetable. Portion is quite big for me.

The favourite dish among us is Lei Cha. Lei Cha is a popular dish in Hakka food. I ordered this during my second visit. It is rice with few side dishes (peanut, long bean, dried bean curd, carrot, dried radish) and a bowl of greeny soup. This greeny soup is blended and cooked from few types of green vegetable. One of it that contribute the most to the taste is basil leaves 九层塔. Not all people can accept this taste as it is a bit weird or smelly to some people. We have more than one colleague that ordered this and just consume few scoop, then throw it to other.

If you do not like greeny basil soup, you can opt for other like dry laksa. Dry laksa with spegetti is towards sour taste, but you won't find "real" fish in your laksa soup as this shop serves all vegetarian. Request to change for rice vermicelli (bihun) if you do not like spegetti with laksa. Sound weird? No worry, trying is to catch a wind, just pay for RM6.90 and you will get the wind.

Well, my third time visit, I order fried mi sua. I forgot to take picture of it but is was delicious too. Not spicy but more to sweet and salty taste.

Last but not least, not to forget their Bak Kut Teh which serve only twice a month on 1st and 15th of Lunar calendar day (初一十五). I have yet to try it until this moment.

All the above mentioned foods are RM6.90 each. Sky juice is provide for free and refillable.

Besides main dish (I do not include all at here), they have carrot cheese cake, dessert (tong shui), coffee and other beverage too. Organic products such as ten grain rice, beans, soy drink, oat BG, pop corn, almond drink and many more, electrical products like blender, girl's sanitary pad all can be found here. You can have your sweet shopping time here while waiting for your food.

So, give it a try today and move towards a healthier life.
