Spaghetti with Mushroom Sauce Recipe

Years! It has been years I never touch on spaghetti, never walk into Italian restaurant (except for pizza). I am phobia to spaghetti after went for Italian buffet in Japan in year 2009, the Italian buffet came with free flow of pizza and spaghetti, somehow I guess I ate too much of spaghetti, and that caused me stop spaghetti for 5 years! Last week, sitting in office, I suddenly smeeeell spaghetti (my brain pop out spaghetti)...then feel like eating the spaghetti that Camus cooked for me about 7 or 8 years ago. Last weekend, he cooked for me again using the same recipe. See below for the ingredients and recipe, simple yet delicious! To cook the sauce, fried garlic and onion in pan, when both ingredients almost golden brown, pour in a can of Campbell mushroom soup, add half can of water and stir well. Add in dried mushroom which has been cut into slices after soak in water until soft. Boil everything and add in a slice of cheedar cheese. Stir evenly. In separate pan, cook corn, crab stick and beef breakfast lean. Very delicious beef breakfast lean bought in Jusco Cook spaghetti in boiling water until it is soft. When everything is done, serve spaghetti with mushroom sauce on plate, add corn, crab stick and beef breakfast lean. Serve hot! Now while I am writing the post, I wish to eat another plate of spaghetti again. Next time, maybe I want to have a plate of carbonara spaghetti. Last but not least, thanks my dear for this very delicious spaghetti!

Baked Durian Cheese Cake Recipe

"Is this a durian cheesecake? A piece of durian cheesecake in Continental bakery cost RM7++." My brother ask me this question when I pass him a durian crepe cake that I made few weeks ago. "Do you think durian can match with cheese cake? Not sure how will it tastes." A sentence made by Camus's mom when she ate the durian butter cake that I baked few weeks ago. With the questions and statements out from them, I have a strong believed that I must bake a durian cheese cake. To satisfy my baking desire and answer them with actual result. Due to last minutes decision of making this cake, I have no time to look into my own recipe book, hence I search the recipe from internet. I got it from Kitchen Corner, I have a confident that the recipe I get from this blogger will work well after read through her blog for quite sometimes. She is from Singapore and I found her blog during I surf for baking blog. Thanks Grace for the recipe. Ingredients:For the base:200g digestive biscuits100g butter, melted For the filling:500g cream cheese80g caster sugar220g durian flesh3 eggs (medium size, total about 160g)90ml milk1 tbsp + 1/4 tsp cornstarch Method:For the base:1.Stir all ingredients until combined.2.Press mixture into base. Set aside. For the filling:1.Beat cream cheese, sugar until smooth.2.Beat in durian.3.Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.4.Beat in milk and cornstarch until blended. 5.Steam baked at 150C for 30 minutes (I used smaller cake pan) or until light brown.6.Remove from the heat and leave to cool completely. Chill in fridge for 5 hours or overnight. I would say that the durian cheesecake tasted superb with creamy and smooth texture. I would strongly recommend this recipe to all of you. But due to I do not blend the durian, it effected the texture. I would suggest to blend the durian first if you prefer a very smooth texture of cake.

刚从香港回来, 由于是和父母去的,所以我们选择了跟随旅行团去游玩.再加上香港的旅店实在是不便宜,算来算去还是跟随旅行团较为划算.

我们是在今年的旅游展期间报名的.一个人的旅费是RM2488.除了两餐不包,其余的都包在旅费了.酒店也包在旅费里面.

为了加快的把行程记录下来,这次选择了用华文来写,要不然把时间花在翻译上,恐怕我有限的记忆将会很快消失了.

来吧,开始行程吧.

我们乘搭马行从槟城到吉隆坡国际机场.到达时间为8.10.

之后从吉隆坡搭飞机直达香港.路程用了差不多4个小时.飞机餐是提供Nasi Lemak 及Omelette让你选.味道差不多而已.

很快的我们已经到达香港机场.果然是个先进国,机场给人的感觉是真的好美好大.根据导游所讲,香港机场总共有80个闸口.哗!好大的嘛...这机场也拥有最大的飞机餐厨房,每天提供80000套飞机餐,哗......了不起,了不起...

拿好行李后,领队就带我们去和当地的导游会合,那边总共有三个导游在等着我们,然后就乘搭巴士前往旅游景点.从机场到市区的时间是约40分钟的.途中,我们路经青马大桥,这条桥长越2.2公里,上面是公路,下面是铁路,好壮观的.从机场也可以程搭火车,只需20分钟就可到达了.比起汽车巴士还要快许多呢.

我们第一站抵达金紫荊 广场,Golden Bauhinia.这广场是为了举办1997年香港回归中国而扩建的.这金花还是挺美的呢.

拍完照后,我们前往香港仔渔村,25分钟乘船游览当地的居民水上生活.船费是HKD50,这船费没包在旅费的,须自付.你可见当地居民的生活挺贫困的,想想自己还有能力出国旅行,感觉庆幸多了.

接着,我们到达浅水湾.这是个海边景点.我们可见许多人在水中游玩.但我们继续前进至观音及财神庙.到达景点前,导游告诉我们每个人将会免费得到一张全体照,所以大家都笑嘻嘻的拍了张照,之后再来拍家庭照.不错的嘛,有免费服务.

由于今天的午餐是在飞机上吃的,吃的时间太早了,所以导游就安排了早点吃晚餐的时间.餐厅是在金皇庭餐馆,享用烧鹅呐.这是我们的第一顿饭,再加上大家都饿了,所以狼吞虎咽,吃完了丰富的一餐.说是丰富啊,但烧鹅一个人才两小片,太少了吧?至于它的味道,我实在分不出是鸭或是鹅啦.那其余的菜色呢,则是偏淡的,不像槟城的食物,比较重口味.第一餐,不错的体验啦!有鱼啦,有虾啦,有肉啦,有菜啦...

吃饱饭后,天还是早呢,我们到达另一个景点,太平山的蜡像馆.这里能让敬爱歌星明星的粉丝有近距离的,与他们的偶像拍拍照.还没进门前,李小龙的蜡像已在门外迎接着我们."Arrr Zhhoooorr..."

拿了票,我们前往里边参观,有刘德华啦,吴君如啦,邓丽君啦,戴安那啦,中国名人啦,等等...拍拍拍,死命拍,一小时走完整间蜡像馆.哗!好匆忙的呐...这就是跟团的坏处,导游给的时间实在令人担心不够而心慌慌的叻!

高在太平山上,可见香港夜景,但总觉得建筑屋的灯光开的不够多,看起来还是不够漂亮的.比起中国上海,还是差多叻.还记得当年游览上海,那边的建筑及上海明珠直接打动了我的心,让我心中的"落后中国"想法马上改观.中国啊,您已不是当年的落后国家了!加油吧!

星光大道,让我想起台湾的星光大道节目,没来前还以为会参观什么影城的.原来啊,香港的星光大道是条街道,有点走在槟城新关直脚Gurney Drive的感觉.街道上可见黎明的手印.要是春秋天来这里散散步,挺舒服的呢.

今天的行程已结束,我们就回到酒店休息啦.我们住入香港富豪东方酒店.酒店比想象中的还差.但领队说,这已算是很好的酒店了,香港地方小,什么都贵,其他的酒店更小更差的啦.怎么说还是有点小失望的啦,毕竟出门旅行,我是瞒重视酒店的嘛.舒服清洁的酒店才能让我们休息得爽,能有做皇帝的感觉嘛.这里我们连酒店都忘了拍,算了吧!

放好行李,我们到附近的小店逛逛.附近有很多泰国餐馆,甜品店及一些本地小食.我们选择了一间甜品店,想试一试当地的甜品.别看甜品店特多的,但价钱也是特贵的.

我们点了一碗HKD23(RM9.20)的芝麻糊豆花及一碗HKD20(RM8)的清甜姜水双拼汤圆(花生和黑芝麻).虽说有点笨,花了那么多钱吃这些东西,但就是想试看有多好吃嘛.简而言之,东西是好吃的,但还是一个字,贵!

接着,我们去到了一间属于当地的饮食点,看多了香港戏,看见人家卖车仔面,怎能不试呢?我们进去了那间店,问到...
我们:请问有咩吔介绍啊?
店员:你要吃咩吔先?
我们: 有咩吔介绍?
店员:你吾讲要吃咩吔点介绍?

@^$*$^&(@)#)$)^#$ 的,你的语气和态度也太差,太粗略了吧?要是我知道你卖什么,还要叫你介绍啊?他这样的态度,直接让我对香港人的印象大打折扣.不只是他们这家而已,甜品店的老板给介绍时,也是不客气的.

我们马虎地选了云吞面加墨鱼丸后HKD31(RM12.4),打包走人了.回到酒店一起和爸爸分享.哗!不吃还好,吃了才知到香港云吞面是那么难吃的,真的是大失所望啊!面条没有弹性,汤头好像盐巴加清水而已, 墨鱼丸就像我们这边的虾丸.还以为有什么了不起,这样难吃的面,加上这样糟糕的态度,要是在我们这里早就倒档咯!

想着想着,嘿!还是别气,回房洗个澡,睡个好觉,明天继续旅程吧!
